Mr Morgan subsequently commenced private practice and was appointed as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at The Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute, dealing with the effects of all types of early and advanced skin cancers.

After nearly two years of overseas study, Mr Morgan returned to Australia in 2006 and was appointed as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at The Alfred Hospital and The Royal Melbourne Hospital, Melbourne’s two major trauma centres, to specifically deal with major facial trauma.
